Noorplex provides done-for-you growth infrastructure for service businesses, including but not limited to automated review collection, customer reactivation campaigns, and marketing automation services. Our services are designed to help you grow your service business through systematic customer engagement.
To use our services, you must provide accurate and complete information about your business. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You retain ownership of all customer data you provide to us. By providing customer contact information (such as phone numbers and email addresses), you represent and warrant that you have obtained proper consent to contact these individuals on behalf of your business. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable data protection and privacy laws.
Our services may send automated messages to your customers on your behalf. You are responsible for approving all messaging templates before they are used. You agree that all communications will comply with applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and any state or local regulations governing commercial communications.
By opting in to Noorplex's SMS/text messaging program, you agree to the following terms:

You may opt out of receiving SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message confirming your removal from our messaging list. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and interactions with our Services. Message and data rates may apply. Noorplex is not responsible for any fees charged by your mobile carrier for sending or receiving text messages. Please consult your mobile carrier's pricing plan for details on applicable charges.
Mobile carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and network availability. Noorplex makes no guarantee that messages will be delivered within any specific timeframe or at all. Carriers are not responsible for the content of any messages sent through our Services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to and participate in our SMS/text messaging program. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If we learn that a person under 18 has enrolled in our SMS program, we will immediately remove them and delete any associated information.
Your privacy is important to us. For information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including your mobile phone number, please review our Privacy Policy.
Our review collection services request honest feedback from your customers. We do not incentivize, purchase, or fabricate reviews. All review requests comply with platform guidelines including Google's review policies. You agree not to use our services to generate fake or misleading reviews.
Services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. We accept major credit cards and ACH payments. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Upon cancellation, we will cease all automated messaging and campaigns. You may request export of your data within 30 days of cancellation.
Noorplex retains all rights to our platform, software, systems, and proprietary methodologies. You retain ownership of your business name, branding, and customer relationships. Any custom content created for your campaigns becomes your property upon payment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noorplex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Noorplex, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our services. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
